Lawn Fawn Beam Me Up Cards | Pink and Papershop

5-Apr-2018

Hi! Today I’m going to show you two Lawn Fawn cards with Lawn Fawn Beam Me Up in the leading role and some other Lawn Fawn stamps in supporting role. It’s no secret that I love Lawn Fawn cards, they are sweet, cute and can be perfectly combined. :)

For one card I made a short tutorial with photos and I encourage you to try it because the result is absolutely adorable! :) I used Distress Oxide inks, Sticky Thumb 3D glue, Lawn Fawn glue tube, embossing powder, die cut and Neenah white paper. I used alcohol markers so I used Lawn Fawn Jet Black ink for the stamps.

The first card is a one layer card where I transported the Lawn Fawn aliens to candy land (with lots of masking). After stamping I made texts and other elements with watermark ink and Lawn Fawn Glow In The Dark embossing powder. After this I masked the elements and created an aurora borealis like background by mixing Distress Oxide inks. For the titles I used white and phosphorescent embossing powder.

The other card has four layers. The interesting is that all four layers are lifted with 3D Sticky Thumbs. However instead of words I will present you the process with photos where I will also show you how the little alien got wings. :)

I glued together all the parts and voila, the card is ready! Maybe you can’t see the 3D effect on the photos but it looks great in live! :) I highly recommend you these cute aliens, because you can make great cards with them and not only for children! :)

Thanks again for checking my cards! Mona
